We chat with Ben Beadle, MD at TDS Northern Ireland, a not-for-profit organisation approved by the Northern Ireland Executive to safeguard tenant’s deposit money. At the end of a tenancy, they ensure the tenant gets back what they are entitled to – and if they don’t they even run a free and impartial dispute resolution service that decides who gets what, as an alternative to using the courts!
