My name is Martine Cantwell and I am a Credit Analyst with the Autodesk. I’ve been working with Autodesk since February this year, having previously worked in numerous Multinationals in Dublin and the European Patent Office in Munich where I lived for 15 years.

Tell us something about Autodesk we might not know
In the 2018 Academy Awards Best Visual Effects category, all five nominated films —”Blade Runner 2049,” “Guardians of the Galaxy Vol.2,” “Kong: Skull Island,” “Star Wars: The Last Jedi” and “War for the Planet of the Apes” — were created with help from Autodesk tools. Thousands of talented artists working out of visual effects studios across four continents produced outstanding visuals for all five films. Autodesk software was integral to work spanning previsualization, visual effects, virtual cinematography, post-production, color grading and beyond.
What’s next for Autodesk?
In November, we will move to our new Offices in Windmill Lane in Dublin 1 where we will have over 180 employees.

Friday nights in or Friday nights out?
Like so many fellow culchies I head down the country on Friday evenings to my Dad Paddy who will be 86 next month. We usually have a quiet night in with the Late Late Show or some sport which we both enjoy watching
