Glandore Celebrates 20 Years in Business!

Business Celebration

Experience of the Past, Space for the Future

This year marks Glandore’s 20th year in business as one of Ireland’s leading providers of flexible workspace. Throughout this time, we have provided a space to land and expand in Dublin, Cork and Belfast for some of the most successful domestic and International businesses across the island of Ireland, and are extremely proud to have been a part of their success. Glandore would like to sincerely thank our members, alumni, business partners and suppliers for supporting our growth over the past 20 years and we look forward to prosperous times ahead for all.

Glandore Kelly Family

Founded by the Kelly family in 2001, Glandore is an Irish, family owned and managed real estate business run by Michael Kelly and his three daughters and Directors Fiona, Clare and Rebecca, offering high-end, design led serviced offices, flexible workspace, coworking and virtual offices.

Sharing the values that have been instilled by the Kelly Family throughout the years, we treat the companies and individuals that we house as our own. Glandore’s mission is to create a dynamic, supportive and friendly community in which every individual and company can grow. The everyday goal is simple, offer world-class support and show that we genuinely care every day. Bringing many many years of work experience with them, the Kelly sisters have helped their father to streamline Glandore’s continued growth and expansion. Since 2001, the Kelly family has seen the operation grow from one employee to nearly 80 employees, and from offering 75 desks to now offering c. 3,500 desks in 9 buildings across Dublin, Belfast and Cork.

Glandore Staff 20th Birthday

Over the past number of years, and like many SME and family businesses, Glandore has built a fantastic team of industry experts renowned for their professionalism, service and flexible can-do attitude. As a family business, we care deeply about building long term connections and relationships with our staff, members and partners. We will always encourage and facilitate connections and networking between our member businesses as many of the businesses that we house are starting out their journey in Ireland and carving out their position in their industry. As part of our network we host a range of exclusive member events on a monthly basis to help our member businesses build their network, connectivity and culture. From educational seminars and workshops to social gatherings, business briefings, networking events, seasonal events and a complimentary wellness programme, there are always plenty of events and initiatives that our member businesses and employees can choose from and get involved in whether it be virtually or in-person.

As we have been adapting to various ways of working we can see that the future of work for many businesses will involve adapting to more flexible ways of working. To meet this need we have added a number of collaboration/project workspaces to our buildings to complement our coworking and private offices. Collaborative workspace works in many different ways, from giving you the right kind of space for delving a project with your team, to finding a quiet space to map out some plans and present your weekly agendas. The beauty of collaboration spaces is that you can tailor the space to suit the day to day needs of your business. We envisage the next 20 years to be full of productivity, growth and prosperity for all of our members and the wider Glandore Network. Many thanks to all our members, past and present. Ní Neart Go Cur Le Chéile.
