EZ Air Interior is a company that manufactures commercial aircraft interiors. It is part of two of the major companies in the aerospace industry and it has been in business for over ten years.

I’m Raúl Hernández, part of the Legal and Compliance department.

EZ Air is a company with multicultural and international interaction. It is headquartered in Ireland with commercial ties with North America, South America, and Europe.

What’s next for EZ Air Interior?

The aerospace industry is ramping up after suffering the impacts of COVID, and this is a trend that is expected to remain in the near future. Our company is working to continue to grow in the current fast-paced and dynamic market. 

What do you think is the future of work?

COVID and technology have changed the way work was traditionally viewed. It is now necessary for companies to be competitive and flexible in order to maximize their results in all segments. I think society is evolving and finding a good balance between professional and personal aspects.

What do you like about being a Glandore member?

Coffee machines! All jokes aside, I believe amenities and the workplace itself are great.

Saturday nights in or Saturday nights out?

Both are great! I really enjoy either, I guess it’s the mood (and the weather!) that could hold sway in the decision.
