Tell us about AC Human Capital?

So, AC Human Capital are recruitment agents, specialising in the legal sector. We are now just over a year old and we, like Glandore, believe in going the extra mile and making things less transactional and offering a more personal touch.

What’s your role in AC Human Capital?

I am Andrew Currie, founder and director of AC Human Capital.

Tell us something about AC Human Capital we may not know

AC Human Capital is comprised entirely of former solicitors, lawyers and attorneys. Funnily enough, we all have lawyers as our other halves!

Our first-hand experience working in the legal sector has been invaluable in helping us to understand what our clients require from candidates. It means we can help deliver a much more empathetic and tailored approach when it comes to placing candidates in potential new roles.

What’s next for AC Human Capital?

We hope to expand rapidly with more professionals joining our teams as well as growing our global recruitment offering.

What do you like about being a Glandore Member?

We find all the staff in Glandore to be second to none. Glandore provide us with a brilliant network and go the extra mile to ensure that the Members integrate through a range of social events organised internally. We were very pleased to be invited by Mr Michael Kelly to the Belfast Chamber Business Awards. Being a Glandore Member means we can meet a lot of old and new friends. It has a great camaraderie.

What have you missed most about working in Belfast during the last year?

Obviously we’ve greatly missed seeing clients and candidates face-to-face, as this really helps to build our relationships. We also really missed making the most of the great restaurants and bars that Belfast has to offer!
