Share your tips on how to create a great company culture
As cheesy as it may sound, but “teamwork makes the dream work” I think it is very important to remember that everyone in your team are in the same boat together, and that you should always strive to become better.
What do you like about being a Glandore member?
I’m relatively new, but the experience so far has been nothing but great. The Glandore team is always helpful in case you need anything and chatty. Unfortunately I haven’t been able to attend that many events yet, but I do like the initiative for the events around health wellness but also opportunities for networking or just mingle with other Glandore members.
What do you like about living and working in Dublin?
So many things to be honest! Firstly – the Irish people has to be one of the most kindest and funniest people in the world and are so easy to make friends with which helped me once I decided that I wanted to move abroad.
I also enjoy all the other aspects of Ireland – the music, the “craic”, the nature that is only a dart ride away. The list goes on…
Friday nights in or Friday nights out?
Friday nights out as for now I have to say – nothing beats a pint of Smithwicks or a Hendricks tonic with friends for a catch-up.
